Storyteller

For me, the real magic happens in stories. 

As humans we tell stories all day long! I like to think of us as storytelling animals. We are the only mammals on earth that tell stories, and we do it all the time! We have our shared human history and our individual family geneologies. But, have you noticed how we make stories out of every little part of the day? Did I tell you what happened at the gas station?  Did you hear the one about the camping trip? etc etc. It's how we remember. It's how we share human connection. 

We can't live without stories. 

As much as I love a grammatically correct and well organized professional document, I get a kick out of breaking the rules and letting my creative mind play. 

Mostly I write short stories because they are punchy and impactful, and I like that in writing! Like those paper arrows I told you about.
